Another Company of Heroes post

As much as I’m enjoying the single-player campaign in Company of Heroes: Opposing Forces, I realize that it’s missing something: personalization. This is what made Warcraft III fun for me - the feeling of being involved and acting out a role.

What am I when I play Company of Heroes? Some god-like Battlefield commander? A guy in a blimp with a pair of binoculars, telepathy, and mind control?

Don’t get me wrong, COH is a great, great game and a lot of fun. But it would be better, in my opinion, if there were some kind of hook to get me involved at an individual, dare I say it egotistical level.
