oh the ride's over now
So it turns out I was on the last mission in Company of Heroes, and I just didn’t know it. Obviously my knowledge of World War II is shaky.
I always used to laugh when people said they were “scared” to play RTSes online. I considered myself to be an ok Warcraft III player back in the day. But you know what? There’s no way I’m playing Company of Heroes online against living, breathing human beings. It’s not even the embarassment of crushing defeat that I fear: it’s the certain knowledge that I will spend X amount of time getting online and going through lobbies, etc. only to be beat like a rented donkey.
No thanks. These are the fortunes of the RTS player who waits years to jump on the bandwagon.
So I hear GTAIV is coming out soon. Will it have enough agility orbs to keep me satisifed?
